Summit Country Club, nestled atop beautiful Cresson Mountain in West Central PA. Founded in 1923 as a 9 hole layout, SCC would eventually be expanded into an 18 hole championship golf course in the year 1968. Beautifully incorporating holes from the original 9 hole layout into the newly designed "back 9", Ed Ault and his staff created a truly timeless and classically designed golf course for golfers with all ability levels. To this day, the golf course is renowned for its overall excellent condition and unparalleled character of the greens. With its extensive use of the natural contours of the surrounding mountain, SCC has long been recognized as one of the most difficult and challenging, but yet most rewarding golf courses in PA
