Royal New Kent Golf Club is a Michael Strantz designed championship course open to the public. Strantz modeled it after two of his favorite Irish courses, Royal County Down and Ballybunion. The course and clubhouse had a major renovation and reopened in March of 2019. The renovation won one of Golf Inc. Magazine's 2020 Renovation of the Year awards. The Strantz Pub, located in the clubhouse, is open daily for lunch with indoor and outdoor seating. The pub has beautiful views of the 10th and 18th holes. Golf Ireland in Virginia!
